REVISITING VISITATION

With more than 200 years of history behind it, Georgetown Visitation Preparatory School, a highly regarded girls school in Washington, DC, had an identity problem. It wasn’t that the school didn’t have a visual identity—it was that it had too many, multiple marks and logos all competing for attention. Catalone undertook a comprehensive rebranding effort—involving extensive research on the school and its competitors—to develop a persuasive brand position and core messages. This work informed the development of a new and cohesive visual identity, which casts publications, stationery, banners, and signage in a whole new light.
